 Customer Care should answer all Customer Queries.
 Should gather all the required information and fill the CRM form and share further
information to customers.
 Prompt follow-ups are important.

1. Screening Test. (Online)
2. Communication Round. (Telephonic)
3. Telephonic Round/Skype Round.

Be informed that once you complete the screening process from your end you are required
to share the candidate CVs and candidate details with HR Feedback and Experience then
your interview rounds will start. Starting from the Screening Test round up to the
Telephonic/Skype round we need to schedule with the client's team.
